Arden Law Firm offers the option of standard hourly or flat-fee billing for many matters. The firm strives to offer reasonable rates without sacrificing quality. Some cases are handled on a contingency basis (meaning the client only pays attorney fees if the desired outcome is reached or money is recovered).
Ask about the firm's current flat-fee schedules for REAL ESTATE or SMALL BUSINESS matters.
While not every case qualifies for flat fee billing, many cases do. In every case, Arden Law Firm clients can expect to know how they will be billed (hourly or flat fee) and what the rate is before work begins.
Note that sending an email does NOT automatically make you a client. Rather we must meet and both agree to the terms of representation before an attorney/client relationship is formed. |
