The firm welcomes potential client calls, emails or contacts through this website.  Thank you for your interest!  The firm may ignore contacts which appear to be (in the firm's opinion) spam or otherwise not legitimate legal inquiries.  Please note that contact through this website does NOT create an attorney client relationship or obligate the firm to represent you in any way.  

CONFIDENTIALITY The firm will endeavor to keep all information strictly confidential.  Electronic communication carries a risk of interception, be aware of that risk and take reasonable measures to protect your privacy before sending any details through an email or website.  

Note that if you contact the firm and the firm already represents an opposing party who is against you in a case, the firm will continue to fully represent that client and will not treat your contact as attorney/client privileged.  All other contact will be held in confidence, even if the firm does not represent you.

PRIVACY.   The website does not contain cookies or web beacons.   The website may collect information about the number of visitors or hits on a particular page but will not collect or store personally identifiable information except as you chose to provide to the firm by your own initiated contact.  Persons under thirteen (13) should not contact the firm through this site.    Any links provided to third parties or vendors should be used at your own risk.  The firm does not control what information third parties post or collect.
